1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Management

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.3 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino games available on the vb66 platform — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and video slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available upon request. vb66 does not modify RTP values for any game offered on the platform.

5.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, vb66 will use all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-error state.
